WEEK 1 - 28/02/2025
- Brief history of baby massage

- The benefits of baby massage 

- Keeping it safe; the do's and don'ts
- Massage oils

- Intro to massage strokes 
- Tummy time information, advice & guidance 
* Includes baby massage starter kit: 1 x Baby Tribe towel, 1 x bottle of baby massage oil & 1 x lavender candle 1 x organza bag of dry lavender 

WEEK 2 - 07/03/2025
- Bonding, attachment & touch

- Baby anatomy, growth & developmental milestones 

- Colic & digestive tract techniques
- Massage strokes 

WEEK 3 - 14/03/2025
- Review and recap of weeks 1 and 2 
- Chest & lungs massage techniques 
- Limbs; muscle stretching & soothing techniques 
- Consolidation of weeks 1-3 massage strokes 

WEEK 4 - 21/03/2025
- Back massage techniques 
- Full body massage 
- Consolidation of learning 
- Certificate
- Baby Tribe baby spa experience 
*includes use of 1 x Baby Tribe robe, 1 x Baby Tribe head towel, 1 x avocado face treatment, take home relaxation gift for caregiver 

All sessions start at 11.30am and last for 45 minutes
